Mark McCauley is an associate with Byrne & O’Neill. He has more than 10 years of experience litigating various construction related matters on behalf of design professionals in the New York City metropolitan area as well as before arbitration panels and various administrative tribunals. Mr. McCauley earned his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Albany in 1992 and he received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1999. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New York and the Federal Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
