Paul Novak is an associate with Byrne & O’Neill and represents design professionals at New York State Courts. Since admission to the New York State Bar in 2010, Mr. Novak defended insurance carriers and individuals against liability and insurance-related claims. Mr. Novak conducted thirteen jury trials at New York City Courts, obtaining a substantial number of defense verdicts and favorable settlements. Mr. Novak also conducted numerous bench trials and represented clients before administrative tribunals.Mr. Novak earned a B.A. degree from Pace University in 2003 and a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law in 2009, where he completed a year-long Civil Litigation Clinic. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
