Mr. McKee is a partner at Byrne & O’Neill. He has over 17 years of experience representing licensed professionals from diverse fields, with particular focus over the past 10 years on the representation of design professionals in various construction related matters in the State and Federal courts of New Jersey and New York, and before arbitration panels and various administrative tribunals. Since joining Byrne & O’Neill, Mr. McKee has also represented fabricators and contractors, and has continued to represent other non-design professionals such as attorneys and accountants in litigation.

Mr. McKee earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Ramapo College in 1988 and received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School in 1991. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. McKee clerked for the Hon. Maurice Walsh, Superior Court of New Jersey, followed thereafter with a clerkship with the Hon. Ronald J. Hedges, USMJ. Mr. McKee is admitted to the bars of the State of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the Federal Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. McKee is a member of the Construction Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
