Elaine Gangel is a partner with Byrne & O’Neill. She has more than 12 years of experience litigating various construction related matters on behalf of design professionals in Federal and State trial and appellate courts, as well as before arbitration panels and various administrative tribunals. She also counsels and represents clients in negotiating and drafting construction contracts and other matters.Ms. Gangel earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Rochester in 1979 and received her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo law school in 1983. She is admitted to the bars of the State of New York and to U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern District.
