Brandon D. Armstrong
Brandon Armstrong is an associate with Byrne & O’Neill. Mr. Armstrong has a background in defending insurance carriers and employers against Workers’ Compensation claims. Mr. Armstrong also has experience in representing Social Security Disability claimants at the administrative hearing level. During his time at the New York State Office of the Attorney General, Mr. Armstrong conducted legal research for Criminal Prosecution, Medicaid Fraud, Organized Crime Task Force, Mental Hygiene and Public Integrity Bureaus.
Mr. Armstrong earned his undergraduate degree as a Dean’s Scholar at Le Moyne College in 2012 and received his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 2015, while also being honored with the Pro Bono Recognition Award. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Mr. Armstrong is a member of the New York State Bar, American Bar, and Onondaga County Bar Associations.
